The National Institute for Environment and Development in Suriname (NIMOS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) are engaged in the multi-year project Improving Environmental Management in the Mining Sector of Suriname, with Emphasis on Artisanal and Small Scale Gold Mining (EMSAGS).
The EMSAGS project aims to improve environmental management in the mining sector of Suriname, with the emphasis on artisanal and small-scale gold mining as the biggest cause of deforestation in Suriname. The project is funded by, among others, the GEF through the UNDP and implementation is jointly in the hands of the Ministry of Natural Resources and NIMOS.
The EMSAGS project invites interested candidates to submit a quotation for the following goods:
1. Multispectral drone sensor
2. Thermal drone sensor 3. Mobile Air quality monitoring device
4. Matrice 100 X3/Z3 Gimbal Installation Kit
5. DJI M100 Battery and Battery compartment
The RFQ Instructions, Schedule of Requirements, Quotation Submission form, and the Technical- and Financial Offer form can be downloaded by clicking on the button below or requested via info-EMSAGS@nimos.org.
